PEPTO BISMOL 12 CHEWABLE PEPPERMINT TABLETS
PEPTO BISMOL 12 CHEWABLE PEPPERMINT TABLETS contains bismuth subsalicylate as the active ingredient. It coats the stomach and provides fast relief from nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, and diarrhea. Relieves traveler’s diarrhea, diarrhea, and upset stomach due to overindulgence in food and drink including: heartburn, indigestion, nausea, gas, belching, and fullness.
Adults and children 12 years and older can take any of the following forms of Pepto-Bismol for up to two days.
Dosage: Take two tablets (262 mg each) every 30–60 minutes as needed.
Chew or dissolve the tablets in your mouth.
Do not take more than eight doses (16 tablets, or 4,192 mg) in 24 hours.
If you are pregnant or nursing, ask a doctor before taking Pepto-Bismol. As with any drug, read the label thoroughly before use.
