Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Portal Pharmacy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Due to public safety interests, we have a no-return policy once goods leave the pharmacy. However, faulty or expired products can be exchanged within 48 hours of the original purchase of the product. A faulty or expired product may be eligible for exchange or refund if it meets the following criteria:

  • The product in question was purchased in the last 48 hours.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product is not used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You have contacted Portal Pharmacy support agents within 24 hours of delivery of your products.


We will not be able to give a refund or exchange if:

  • You simply change your mind.
  • You bought an item by mistake.
  • The product(s) are categorized as prescription medication.


Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. After making prior arrangements with a Portal Pharmacy customer care representative, you can send the product with its original packing, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, any other product you may wish to order) to Portal Pharmacy at the Two Rivers Mall.


Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. The customer is entirely responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to the designated Portal Pharmacy branch.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
