Wisdom Dental Tape has been designed to clean the hard-to-reach areas between the teeth and along the gumline where plaque and food debris can build up.
Thicker and wider than Wisdom Dental Floss, Wisdom Dental Tape is designed for increased plaque removal in wider spaces.

Instructions:
- Break off 45cm of tape.
- Wind the tape around the middle fingers of each hand, leaving 8cm of tape between them.
- Gently guide the tape between teeth and run carefully up and down the side of each tooth taking care to clean just under the gum line.
- Repeat the process for each space, using a clean section of tape each time.
