How to Use

1. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.
2. Peel off the adhesive backing.
3. Place the pad sticky side down on the center of your underwear.
4. Press firmly and adjust for a secure fit.
5. Replace every 4–6 hours or as needed. Dispose of used pad in a bin—do not flush.
