THE ORDINARY VITAMIN C SUSPENSION 30% IN SILICONE 30ML
Vitamin C is an effective antioxidant. It is known that ascorbic acid, the pure form of vitamin C, improves the symptoms of skin aging and has a whitening effect when applied topically.
This Water-free, silicone-free formula offers 30% pure ascorbic acid and is a fully stabilized water-free formula.
Because it is a very light silicone formula, it softens very softly and compensates for the temporary roughness that can
occur when applying The Ordinary's Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2%.
This product is recommended only at night.
This product is water-free 30% ascorbic acid powder suspension.
Other water-free Vitamin C suspension products on the market use heavy silicone base.
Such formulas stabilize vitamin C, but they can feel somewhat heavier and can prevent effective absorption of vitamin C into the skin (because silicone confines vitamins).
The Ordinary's formula does not use heavy silicon, helping to absorb of vitamin C to skin.
However, this product has a slightly lower absorption rate than our silicone Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% formula.
To make up for this, we increased the vitamin C concentration (30%).
