Efferalgan 500 mg is a medicine presented in effervescent tablets. It contains paracetamol and is recommended in the treatment of pain (headaches, dental pain, body aches, painful periods …) It can also be used to lower fever, such as during an influenza episode. It is indicated for adults and children from 27 kg.
The composition of a tablet of Efferalgan is 500 mg of paracetamol while the excipients are composed of povidone, croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, stearate of magnesium, hypromellose, glycerol behenate.

How to Use
- Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water
- Drink immediately after full dissolution
- Adults & teens over 50kg: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed
- Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours (3g paracetamol max)
- Children 27–50kg: Use 1 tablet every 6–8 hours; max 3–4 tablets daily
- Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 5 days
- Store in a cool, dry place away from children
