How to Use
Adults and children over 16 years: Dissolve one sachet in a mug of hot, but not boiling, water. Stir until dissolved and drink. Take every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours. Not suitable for children under 16. Always read the label before use.
