Duofilm for Warts contains the active ingredients salicylic acid and lactic acid. Salicylic acid works by breaking down keratin, the protein that forms part of the skin's structure. This results in the shedding of skin cells from the affected area. In order to treat warts the effect of salicylic is to remove the affected skin over a period of time. The new skin that grows underneath will be healthy. Duofilm also contains lactic acid, which enhances the performance of the salicylic acid.

How to Use
- Soak wart in warm water for 5 minutes and dry thoroughly
- Gently rub surface with pumice stone or emery board to remove dead skin
- Apply a thin layer of Duofilm directly to the wart using the brush
- Avoid healthy skin during application
- Allow to dry completely before covering with a plaster if needed
- Use once daily, preferably at bedtime
- Continue treatment until wart disappears (typically 4–8 weeks)
- Discontinue temporarily if irritation or bleeding occurs
- Salicylic Acid (16.7%) – Keratolytic agent that softens and peels wart tissue
