How to Use
- Daytime: Take 2 red/yellow capsules every 4–6 hours, up to 3 doses daily

- Do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours
- Swallow whole with water – do not chew
- Do not use with other paracetamol-containing products
- Not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 16
