The eardrops come ready for use with a separate dropper and should be used at room temperature. Tilt the head sideways with the affected ear facing upwards. Without touching the ear with the dropper, use it to place 2 to 3 drops of the oil into the ear and massage around the outside of the ear. Keep the head tilted for a few minutes to let the drops reach the eardrum then plug the ear lightly with cotton wool to prevent leakage.

How to Use
- Warm bottle to room temperature before use.
- Tilt head sideways with affected ear facing up.
- Place 2–3 drops into the ear using the dropper.
- Gently massage around the outside of the ear.

- Repeat twice daily for up to 7 days or as advised by a healthcare provider.
