How to Use
- Shake well before each use
- For indigestion:
- Adults: 5–10ml up to 3 times daily (max 60ml/day)
- Children 3–12 years: 5ml up to 3 times daily (max 30ml/day)
- For constipation:
- Adults: 30–45ml at bedtime
- Children 3–12 years: 5–10ml at bedtime
- Under 3 years: only under medical advice
- Do not exceed recommended dose or use for more than 14 days without consulting a doctor
