How to Use
- Shake well before use
- Adults & Teens (12+): 1–2 teaspoonfuls (5–10ml) after meals and at bedtime
- Children 6–12 years: 5ml up to 3 times daily
- Children 2–5 years: 2.5–5ml up to 3 times daily (under medical supervision)
- Use measuring spoon or cup for accurate dosing
- Avoid taking with tetracycline antibiotics, may reduce absorption
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Discontinue use if symptoms persist or worsen
