How to Use
Preparation:
- Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the tampon to maintain hygiene.
- Unwrap the tampon by peeling apart the wrapper from the middle to reveal the smooth plastic applicator.
Insertion:
- Find a comfortable position, such as sitting on the toilet with knees apart or standing with one foot elevated.
- Relax your muscles to facilitate easier insertion.
