How to Use
- Wash hands before and after use.
- Unwrap the tampon and extend the applicator until it clicks.
- Insert the rounded tip at a slight upward angle into the vagina.
- Push the inner tube to release the tampon, then remove the applicator.
- Change every 4–8 hours or as needed.
- Dispose of used tampon in a bin do not flush.
