Panadol Night tablets combine paracetamol 500mg and diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25mg. Paracetamol relieves pain and can reduce fever. Diphenhydramine hydrochloride is an antihistamine which can cause sleepiness, which is why Panadol Night should only be taken at bedtime.
